I kind of hate to think of how much my game collection is worth, I don't want to be reminded of how much money I spend over time

Hey steve. Just wanna say thank you for the videos. Just been through a divorce and your videos have helped me get through it. I'm finally getting back into gaming again because of these videos.

In your video, you brought up strategy guides. A feel like a lot of collectors don't realize how valuable strategy guides are. Most gamers who bothered to buy them would beat the game and then eventually the guide gets garage saled sold off or perhaps even thrown out. I kept every strategy guide I ever bought. Glad I did. Some are worth $100 - $200 a guide now due to Rarity. When everyone else was ignoring strategy guides in favor of just the Internet giving them the answers... I was still buying them.

that’s huge collection for having started so recent. I would display the retro consoles higher up on the shelf, big nostalgia there. I have a good sized collection myself and I didn’t spend much, I rarely collect retro games now, I’m pretty satisfied with what I have. I’m happy with everdrives and such.
