  It would be helpful to see before and after pics with the same variables; &nbsp;same lighting, no filters, no makeup, same positioning of the head, etc. &nbsp;Alas.

  I had a deep plane face-lift in 2008, in my early fifties. &nbsp;I had never had any work done before or since. &nbsp;I went with the deep-plane because the literature said you will always look 10 years younger than your actual age. &nbsp;The surgeon was amazing. &nbsp;I had no bruising. &nbsp;I was out in public 72 hours after. &nbsp;The results were exceptional. &nbsp;I expected to see signs of aging at the 10 year mark, but it didn&apos;t happen until the &nbsp;13 th year mark and has more to do with a decline in the quality of my skin, than the facelift. There is no way I could afford a face-lift now. &nbsp;In my city the cost of a deep-plane face-lift today, &nbsp;is triple what I paid in 2008, but still 1/3 of California. &nbsp;I would be more specific but my surgeon is retired. &nbsp;I am posting to say that you can depend that everything Dr. Karam is reporting is true. &nbsp;Don&apos;t waste your time and money on all these either outdated or risky procedures. &nbsp;I would also add, that you really want to do a one and done surgery, so while &nbsp;Dr. Karam is expensive, the fact that he can do what he does without general anesthesia is huge. &nbsp;The older we get, the harder it becomes to recover from the anesthesia. &nbsp; Generally speaking take care of your health, don&apos;t do it too early or wait too long.

  I&apos;m 61, I had a deep plane facelift three months ago and I didn&apos;t even know exactly what it was or how it compared with other procedures, like you said, it&apos;s really popular so I went for it. I&apos;m healing very well and the way I look already has exceeded my expectations. Your technique isn&apos;t as well known but it seems safer and quicker recovery and your before and after pictures are amazing. Thank you for explaining everything.

  I appreciate the before and after pictures, but I still wish that the after pictures were not all made up. Just having the people natural in the same lighting as the before would be far more impressive.

  Wow! &nbsp;My feed today has really been finding videos in areas I haven&apos;t visited in well over a year. &nbsp;Then loe &amp; behold suddenly your vid comes up &amp; I realized I havent seen one of your videos in like forever! &nbsp;And honestly, I used to watch your videos religiously. &nbsp;I always learn so much &amp; truly enjoy the way you present the material you love so much. &nbsp;The ease w/which you convey information attests to how much you love &amp; enjoy what you do. &nbsp;Plus you&apos;re a natural teacher. &nbsp;I hadn&apos;t realized how much I&apos;ve missed listening to &amp; watching your videos! &nbsp;<br>Geez! &nbsp;It&apos;s so amazing how much of my life has been stolen by the b___a_ds over this past yr w/their bs theft &amp; gaslighting /stalking &amp; harassment campaign Ive unfortunately been forced to deal w/. &nbsp;So hoping they&apos;ll trip up big time so that I can roll them up &amp; out &amp; be able to get back to my life &amp; get back to me &amp; to what I enjoy doing! &nbsp;So happy to have had this vid find its way to me! &nbsp;Crossing my fingers I&apos;ll be able to get my own procedure done shortly.

  I had a neck lift at 45. It was great. Best money I ever ever spent. Now that I’m 66 and can’t afford a full facelift or even think I’d want one. I have a pretty good neck.

  I had a full facelift 14 years ago at 50 in Pittsburgh, PA. &nbsp;I looked at many surgeons before and after pictures and that’s how I chose my doctor. I had upper and lower eyelids and facelift. My neck wasn’t really done as tight as I would have liked, but I was really pleased with the rest of my face. I am now 64 and I’m planning on having another, but by someone else because I moved to another state. I am doing research. I live in Calabash, NC.

  This is such an excellent explanation! 10 stars! If only I could afford this procedure. Maybe one day more surgeons can get trained in this procedure and it can be more accessible to a broader range of people:) This work is incredible! When I see other surgeons post their work on social media &amp; reddit I’m like uhm…please see Dr Amir Karam’s work :D
