In Ontario Canada, if you're 30mph over the limit, you lose your licence for 30 days AND you lose your car for 14 days.

Why didn't the woman with no drivers license or insurance, multiple failures to appear, and two sons with no drivers license have her car towed? She's not going to change her ways unless she sees some actual consequences.

21 over the limit, thats instantly loss of licence here. and about $3k in fines. and reckless endangerment charges to boot.
