The swimming pool being open to neighbors is an absolute nightmare waiting to happen. You could easily lose your house, if not more, if someone were to be injured (or worse). ABSOLUTELY NOT.

The pool thing-- for legal reasons, they need to POST something on their fence as well as within the gate that it is "Private Property - No Trespassing" to protect them in case they decide to do it ANYWAY. It would be tragic, of course, but if anyone did get injured or worse, you, as the home and property owner, are protected. They need to contact local police as well so their complaints about pesky neighbors are ON RECORD. Will it create neighborhood tension? YUP! But neighbors are already doing that with their persistence as it stands!
