There are many reasons why the Bourne movies work so well. But Matt Damon being able to portray a character who is both super vulnerable and totally in control at the same time made for an excellent series. They didn't try to make him a macho James bond type and it paid dividends.

So glad y’all are watching this . The Bourne series is my favorite action series; the first three is one of the top 5 trilogies ever. 🏆🏆🏆

It's not crazy. The boat captain who found Bourne would have checked him for injuries and found the bullet wounds. Upon further examination, most likely by touch, he felt a bump on his hip. The bump was a scar and something hard under the skin. So he cut it out because of the unnatural shape.

Thinking about it, this was my original John Wick. I love this franchise. I became a Matt Damon fan because of it.

This movie and "The Italian Job" made the same year, re-ignited the craze for the MINI COOPER.

If you want to see more of Franka Potente who plays Marie, I can recommend "Run, Lola, Run"

I remember when this came out. Total breathe of life into the spy genre which had been floundering & a closer look into the clandestine world.

If you want to see suspense pushed to its breaking point William Friedkin’s SORCERER (1977) is a white-knuckle masterpiece of pure tension—an unforgiving journey where four desperate men risk everything to drive trucks loaded with unstable dynamite through a South American jungle. Every mile is a battle against collapsing bridges, treacherous roads, and their own haunted pasts. Visceral, nerve-shredding, and visually stunning, this is cinema that grabs you by the throat and doesn’t let go.
