Fix my Deep Muscle Knots | ASMR Real TCM Acupuncture & Fire Cupping

Experiencing a real Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment in Bangkok. I came for this treatment because I had been dealing with stubborn muscle tension and knots. After reviewing my symptoms, medical history, and daily lifestyle, the TCM doctor evaluated my muscle tension through palpation and pulse diagnosis. She then suggested a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment combining electroacupuncture and cupping in a single session, with the aim of relieving pain, improving circulation, and addressing what TCM describes as energy blockages. The electroacupuncture also included an infrared TDP lamp, which was used to help soothe swelling and inflammation in the soft tissues. That was probably the most relaxing moment of the whole session. 😌 The second part of the treatment was running cupping, a technique where the cups are continuously moved across the skin rather than being left in one place. It helps release stubborn trigger points and reduces muscle guarding without leaving marks, I love it! This wasn’t exactly a relaxing treatment… but it was a fascinating experience to see how Traditional Chinese Medicine approaches muscle tension from different angles. I hope sharing my real experience is helpful, and gently reminds you to take care of yourself. 💛 Feel free to share your thoughts or experiences with acupuncture and cupping in the comments — and thank you, as always, for being here. 🎧 Tip: For the most immersive experience, wear headphones and allow yourself to fully experience the sounds of the treatment. 🔖 Which part is your favorite?: 00:00 Preview & Intro 00:46 TCM Doctor Consultation (Thai soft-spoken) 01:41 Muscle Assessment by Palpation 05:24 Pulse Diagnosis 06:56 Treatment Brief & Setup 08:13 Acupuncture Starts — Skin Cleansing 08:37 Needle Insertion & De Qi 14:56 Peak moment! 16:43 Electroacupuncture Starts — Connecting the Electro-Stimulator 18:04 Electrical Stimulation of the Targeted Muscles 18:56 Infrared TDP Lamp 19:18 Monitoring & some useful tips 21:34 Turning Off Electroacupuncture & Removing the Needles 24:53 Extra diagnosis the tension on my leg 25:22 Releasing Muscle Knots with Pistoning / Sparrow Pecking Acupuncture 26:45 My reaction after Acupuncture 27:08 Cupping Therapy — Running Cup Technique 34:54 Relaxing Massage 35:42 Running Cup on the Leg ~ Clinic Details ~ 📍 VS Wellness Ekkamai-Ramintra Instagram: vswellness.ramintra 💰 Price: Acupuncture starts from 1,000 baht (25 USD), Cupping Therapy 500 baht (15 USD) 📞 Contact: TEL: (+66)062-836-6599 / LINE: @‌vsclinic ________________________________________ ⭐ If you plan to visit Thailand, don't forget to check GOWABI; the most famous app offering the Best deals (up to 85% OFF) for Spa, Beauty & Wellness in Thailand, link here: https://app.gowabi.com/SoW2/f7rwze20 📌 Use Promo code: 𝘀𝗮𝗼-𝟮𝟱𝟳𝟬𝟯𝟳𝟭 to get ฿100 discount On-TOP of every booking 📍Searching for Self-care services near you, check out KLOOK: https://www.klook.com/?aid=42044 ⭐ Promo: Use code LALEKASMRKLOOK to get a 5% discount (sitewide) ☕ Buy me a drink: https://ko-fi.com/lalekasmr 🌐 My Social Media IG: Instagram: lalekasmr FB: Facebook: lalekasmr TikTok: TikTok: lalekasmr 📧 If you want me to experience your spa services, DM me via IG or email [email protected] --------- Every video on my channel features real treatments in real places, with natural, unintentionally relaxing sounds — perfect for sleep, anxiety relief, focus, or a mindful break. *Disclaimer: This video is NOT sponsored, nor was I paid to review the service.
