Actually, I don't quite want to reveal my age (I like people to think I'm still young, of course! 😂😂)
But the main reason I mentioned my age in the video is because aging could be a reason for back pain, shoulder pain, chronic muscle pain, or even body structure change. When you're getting old, your body is getting weak and fragile. And also that is another reason why lately I haven't posted many intense massages or heavy-crazy stretching massage videos because I'm getting old!😂😂
P.S. I have large portions of younger audiences, and I hope you still keep watching my content after you know my real age, hope you treat me like your senior friend or your older sister 💓

When your muscles are sore, there are two types of massages you can get: Something that feels nice and relaxing, and is basically just a nice spa day, OR something that is anything but, and will have you biting the pillow and regretting all of your life choices up until that moment. One we all want, and one we all need. I've been there, and god was it an experience I never want to have again in my life - but the next day it was a complete 180, I almost cried with relief.

Giiirl, i love the "homework" she gave you at the end, actually i have the same pains on my shoulders, at least same areas, and i tried the exercises, and it felt like it's streched exactly where i needed it!!

Wow! As an LMT, for over a decade. Her technique is impressive. The way she gets into those small spaces and accessory muscles. Her hand dexterity is amazing! What a gem wish I could find someone locally who did this.

Sawasdee ka, Hello everyone!😁I felt so great after receiving this treatment! even though it was painful during the session but traded with the more flexible body I got after, it's totally worth it!! Are you suffering from shoulder pain like me? Please share your experience and how you deal with it.
