Henry Sickles was a bastard. So he gets to cheat all he wants, but heaven forbid his wife falls for a guy? That he lived to be almost a 100 years goes to show how sometimes the bad people are kept alive out of spite.

23:48 i’m already upset at this man because you have to be a predator to be a womanizer which means women are giving you access to their bodies and yet you seek out a 16-year-old to marry then you continue to be a womanizer even though you essentially trapped a child into being your intimate slave and then you get mad because when she starts to grow up, she realizes she’s married to a predator and she has an affair because I don’t think she would’ve been allowed to just leave him so he decides to kill the man she’s having an affair with… yet she the poor girl who was married to a predator while she was still a child is the one who was vilified and shunned by society and the adult man who groomed the child, recovered his reputation, and then walked away after killing someone in public ???Jesus, the things that we women have been put through in this world and will never get justice for is beyond me sometimes

Wow, Sickles was SUCH a hypocrite! He can shoot his wife’s lover, despite the fact that he was a major womanizer. And he exposed his wife’s affair, but no one mentioned his affairs.

Thank you for bringing to light the lives of these women whose more famous husbands got more attention. You always have such a kind coverage of these women who were treated rather unjustly by society. ✌🏼💖

I've always felt so bad for Mary Todd Lincoln. To lose almost all of your children and your husband. I can't imagine.
