  As someone with seizures I can attest that stress is a major trigger and that poor woman was so stressed that her body just was so tired from convulsing it gave up.

  poor stephanie was treated terribly by her husband, her own family and even her mother-in-law. sisi called her a trampeltier behind her back, even though she herself had suffered a lot as a young wife, so she knew exactly how hard her daughter in law had it at court. despite this, she showed no empathy towards her and sided with his spoiled son who made stephanie infertile. such a shame

  Two small corrections, Anne of Austria was Maria Theresa's paternal aunt and maternal aunt through marriage. Hence, why Maria Theresa called her "tia" in Spanish since that means "aunt". And Philip III married his cousin; Philip IV was the one who married his niece.

  I just watched  the video about Leopold's teenage Mistress.  That man up to the very end had no shame. The atrocities he committed in the Congo Free State were beyond hideous and horrible. His whole fortune came from the blood  of all those murdered in the Congo.

I know it was Leopold not the people, but they built modern Belgium on colonial gains, and I don’t get why they don’t have to apologize and pay some money. He was a psycho.
