  I would like to think that when he made those stunts above Wisconsin to get away from the media, he inspired some other kid to get into aviation later on, just like he was.

  I watched this first on TFE channel.  I love his videos and watching others react to thrm is great....especially when the reactor shows respect for the subject matter.  TFE has made me aware of so much history that has not been covered ❤❤❤

  Wisconsin named a Recreation Area, complete with a campground, after Richard Bong. I've camped there when going to Alpine Valley for concerts. The only issue they have is every summer the sign on the highway gets stolen repeatedly. "Bong Recreation Area". Definitely NOT a mystery as to why.

  All of these people were perfect for the job. From Eisenhower to MacArthur, you can judge them in retrospect but they were all able to lead abs give people like this the ability to win. Idk if that is even possible anymore just because america is so dominant, there is no supreme leader unless America is involved, we have supreme commanders in every theater like what the European commander testified to a couple weeks ago. And the world is lucky we give them that info.

  I just like to let you know that Yarnhub has a video on dick bong. It’s called ‘when aces raced’. It actually tells the story of three potential ace of aces and sadly 2 out of three got shot down. <br><br>Nick only mentions 2 of them in this video Dick and his wingman and friend.
