  Crust: 2C flour, 1 1/4t instant yeast, 3/4t sugar, 1/2t salt, 3/4C + 1T warm water, 1T olive oil, combine ‘til smooth. Transfer to oiled &amp; floured 11x11 pan, spread out evenly w/ olive oiled hands. Cover, let rise 30 minutes. Sauce: 3/4C tomato sauce, salt/pepper/oregano, 2t olive oil. Add sauce, bake 480* 12 minutes. Add mozzarella,sautéd mushrooms, &amp; a bit more oregano &amp; olive oil. Bake 8-10 more in 480*. &nbsp;<br>Thatsa nice recipe! 🍕😊. Hi from Central Florida! ❤️

  I made this. &nbsp;I even bought the 11x11 pan. &nbsp;Be careful of the bake times. &nbsp;The first bake took 9 minutes. &nbsp;That bake cooks the crust and intensifies the flavor of the sauce. &nbsp;The second bake is really about melting/ browning the cheese and setting the toppings. &nbsp;That only took 5-6 minutes.

  Florida in the USA... GARLIC!!! this needs garlic in the tomato sauce. And it would be lovely sauteed with the mushrooms as well. Then the sky is the limit as to what other toppings you like on pizza.

  Add a bit of Garlic Powder and dried crushed Red-Pepper flakes with the other dried ingredients to that home-made T-Sauce, then mix together.

  I tried this and it was the best pizza i have ever made! Don’t skip cooking it a first time with just the sauce! It makes all the difference in cooking through perfectly and having a light and fluffy dough!!❤ thanks!!

  I just made this. &nbsp;I’ve always had problems with making a homemade crust, but you made it easy to do so. &nbsp; And the result was a very delicious pizza!
