  This is one of the most accurate portrayals of high school life in the 80s Extremely spot on. Of course the iconic scene of phoebe cates was every boy..and some girls fantasy. She was a drop dead beautiful girl. Not just for this scene, but in everything we saw her in. Jenifer Jason Lee was the "Cute" girl that many would believe was loyal and honest. She wasn't the beauty Cates was but did have a great body and good looks, along with a good personality to match. Absolutely fantastic pop culture masterpiece that will be remembered for many years.

  I hope Amy Heckerling knows that even though people were laughing at the wrong things, she pounded together one hell of a product--far better than those who tried to copy. <br>Obviously, the world is grateful for her&apos;s, (and everyone else&apos;s) hard work!<br>Great video, Thanks!

  Amazing that Heckerling didn’t just do one, but two decade defining teen movies with this for the 80’s and Clueless for the 90’s.

  As a then 19 year old man, I absolutely loved this movie. It was an amazing time to be young. Thank you Amy and Cameron.

  I know many people reading this won&apos;t believe it, but I was actually an extra on the film and there when they shot the scene at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVBfSoWoko8&amp;t=256">4:16</a>. &nbsp; &nbsp;I remember thinking that all the smoke that they were injecting into the van was pretty funny but of course had no idea of the story or anything else.

  The Sherman Oaks Galleria was demolished in 1999 and now it’s a weird open-air, mixed-use space. That mall is long gone.
