I think its important to also mention in tip #3 that many webcomics take the easy way out when it comes to stuff they don't know how to draw. Once you notice it is painfully obvious that they're using premade assets.

Using these shortcuts probably makes coming out with updates quicker much easier too so try not to compare your workflow too much with others! I think quality is much more appreciated than quantity in the long run

A practice you can do to help cut the fluff is to take a scene out, and see if the story remains coherent. For example, you can cut "The Great Divide" from Avatar the Last Airbender since it's not brought up again, but you can't do the same with "The Crossroads of Destiny" since It's would leave people with a lot of question in regards to what happened between "The Guru" and "The Awakening".

I really like the tip of giving a character agency using "because" statements. I always wondered why my characters felt flat when I would write their stories and hearing that made me realize they kinda just "do" without a reason, especially important decisions that move the story forward.

I feel called out with that sticky notes on a wall bit in the sponsor section.

I may or may not have an entire wall filled with sticky notes on various topics

I know something about the shared title bit for a webcomic. Years ago, I tried to write a webcomic and unknowingly chose a title that a billionaire decided to use for his space project. This was before it was well known. It gave me a case of PTSD towards writing another webcomic. Will it happen again? I am just now getting over the fear and am writing another comic.

For the whole "being original" thing, my entire DND campaign was inspired by a random Minecraft video I found. Despite all this I have made it a completely different story just taking a big idea
