  I have an '85 3.2 Carrera that I've owned for a bit over 30 years. I've never looked down on the 914, and always thought it to be a great car. People forget that Porsche's first racing victories were won by 4 cylinder engines, and a 914-6 is a formidable adversary on the track.

  I really enjoyed your video. I had a 74 1.8 914 that was sunflower yellow. I was 22 and it was my first brand new car. I absolutely loved looking at it and driving it. Handled like a bandit. I felt like a million dollars  when I was just tooling around. I'm 73 now and when I see old friends, they bring up my 914. I miss those days. Drove it to California and back with my girlfriend.🙂

  Beautiful car. Love the colour and the shalon style wide fenders. A 3.2L in a Porsche 914-6 would be an awesome drive. Great production quality also. Kudo's.   ❤❤❤

  Had a 75 1.8 with appearance group . At 125000 got valve job and sold it to 1st person who looked at it for what I paid for it 4 years before

  A stock 914 was a step up from a Volkswagen; a 914-6 (916) ...made people into something else. ;)  A "916" 914-6 ...was rare, and ...the person who bought one, knew what they were buying and why.   mmmmmmm...you hit me in the 'feels'! ;)  Great looking Porsche Man!
