  I first learned about EMDR from your channel 7(?) years ago. Now I’m a therapist and am finalizing plans to begin my training to become EMDR certified. If you ever wonder about the impact your videos have on people know that at the very least they helped shape my career path.

  coming back here because your videos helped me a lot when i was in middle school. i came back here because in april i started struggling mentally and physically. i finally got back on anxiety meds in may, and monday i finally found a therapist i enjoy and trust. <br>i was asked what i plan to do because even being in my 20s i don’t have my HS diploma due to my health, i’m currently doing online courses for it. so afterwards i plan to go and try to become an immigration lawyer.

  Karuna, I don’t usually comment but I’ve watched you since I was about 12 and I’m now 21! I feel very safe on this page and I wanted to share that I’m moving in with my boyfriend and I’m so so excited!! It’s been really overwhelming talking about it with family and such but your videos always help me ground myself and think more clearly❤
