That cafe on the corner of Third Road and Chaiyapoon is great, Penang chicken, rice and an iced tea for 120 baht, it has really fast service and is well worth a visit. As for Boyz Town, the only time I felt remotely unsafe in Pattaya was there, those guys are aggressive.
