  Honestly, I think your Birria Ramen would&apos;ve came out better if you just boiled the noodles with water and then just drained out the water. Then the Birria consomme &nbsp;would&apos;ve made a really nice broth and you would&apos;ve got a nice mouthful of the consomme with every noodle slurp.<br><br>I&apos;m not saying your creation wasn&apos;t tasty, but I think you&apos;d have a even tastier result if you went that way.

  TJs Indian frozen meals. I always have several in my freezer as well. A go to meal when I&apos;m not in the mood to cook. I&apos;m getting surgery next week and won&apos;t have someone to take care of me so I will probably have those meals on deck for days. Taking notes and hoping the good ones are at my TJs. I want to try the mole in particular.

  Yea there&apos;s a new place here that does pretty decent birria and I saved some of the consomme to put in my buldak taco ramen. It was on point. Birria is probably my new favorite food.
