It's strange that Mr. Toriyama passed away around the time at which I started making this compilation, as well as Vinny finishing up his 2024 playthrough of Chrono Trigger. I didn't know about Toriyama's passing until just now, a week later. It's also a coincidence that I rewatched the entirety of Dragon Ball a few months ago, for the first time in nearly 2 decades.

Rest in peace, you absolute legend. Chrono Trigger, Dragon Ball, and Dragon Quest are some of my favorite things in this world.

I'm going to randomly note that he was born April 5th, 1955. Chrono Trigger came out Mar 11th, 1995. He passed away March 1, 2024. There are 24 hours in a day. 2024. I dunno, just some similar number coincidences going on here. I'm totally not saying he's the Chrono Trigger or something.

I wonder why Vinny plays Chrono Trigger on leap years. Is it just a coincidence?

Hearing Vinny talk about various Smash and FF7 characters makes me realize that all three of these Chrono Trigger playthroughs are post-Cloud being added to Smash.

This is a really fantastic compilation, getting to hear Vinny's thoughts on a certain thing across the years is wonderful. And realising how he's becoming more deranged in time is a treat too.

It's incredible how much effort you put into this. I genuinely wish I had watched the old streams, this probably would've blown me away
