I chose not to go. They pleaded, but I stayed. The ground is shaking beneath me as the boosters of the 100K roar to life. It's like a sunrise on the horizon. The world's last fuel reserves burn to lift what remains of civilization beyond the clouds. In a moment I'll be alone - blissfully alone. What became of my people is something I no longer wanted. It's something I no longer recognized. I crave the real, not the artificial. I crave substance, not simulation. And here... here I will have it. The beautiful tapestry of the real... and I will have it in full.

 Congratulations on reaching 100k, Brett.

What impresses me most is not the number itself, but the fact that your work helps so many people every single day. Your music and imagery have become a meaningful part of countless lives around the world.

I hope your own journey continues to find a healthy balance between creativity and emotional connection to the stories you tell. That balance matters. I know from experience that it isn't always easy to maintain. Sometimes we pour more of ourselves into our work than we probably should.

But that connection is also what gives creative work its depth and meaning, and it's something people can genuinely feel.

Congratulations on this well deserved milestone, and thank you for sharing your imagination with all of us.

Chris 👋

Listening to this while reading Exodus by Peter F. Hamilton. Another excellent soundtrack, my guy.

Great job! I wonder what a work of yours inspired by the TV serie WestWorld would be like.

Judy (looking into magnifier scope from orbit) "Hey Thomas the Exodus is off the surface now"
"Just great"
"What? You want those poor souls to be consumed by that spacetime vortex?"
"Of course not, it is just a shame to abandon a colony planet that was both a nice place to live or visit, even self-sustaining and then some."
"There's nothing for it, it's the only choice."
"Maybe we should record the view from the magnifier for the news stream. Could be worth some credits to the newscorp to present a takeoff view from orbit"
"Already on it"
"Good. We can use some extra credits."

You are deserving of renown for engendering rhythmic–compositional singularities of exceptional obscured aesthetic distinction, endowed with an atmosphere of profound density and imbued with an artistic identity. 🜏

Congratulations and i'm glad to have been part of the 100k. Your music and imagery help to settle a very overactive brain!

Awesome! love the glowing light under the ship and the moving clouds! it would be great to also see some subtle lights flickering or turning on/off in outposts/ships.
