  I’m an ex Muslim female who wore hijab most of my life. That video about hijab was personal to me as I dressed modern whilst wearing hijab and people were always judgemental. You can never win as a hijabi woman 😂

  I&apos;m quite happy about the small detail of saying &quot;convert&quot; intead of &quot;revert&quot;, which is a semantic muslims use about &quot;we revert to our original form as the followers of allah&quot; or whatever.

  Islam, having sanctified cheating (through multiple wives), is infinitely worse than being in the unfortunate position of erroneously having married a cheater.

  I had to wear it at 6th grade, lost my sense of childhood as a child and femininity as an adult. Removing it means losing a loving (yet unaccepting) family+ losing all kinds of emotional and financial support. That is, if you&apos;re lucky enough to not get severely abused physically.

  In many Islamic Countries &quot;I&apos;m from one of them&quot; if you wear your Hijab a little bit more differently you are being noticed right on the spot. If you wear too modestly they will stare at you, if you wear a little bit more in your style they call you names. so no! even in Islamic countries your hijab highlights you in the crowd
