I once made it with grated yam, and it’s never been the same without it cuz I love the silky and velvety texture of it. Though it’s definitely not a common ingredient outside of Japan, I think everyone should give it a try. At the end of the day, the name of the dish already states for itself, grill it as you like.<br><br>Thanks for sharing us about your Japanese cuisine, absolutely phenomenal!
