  I know that YouTube tends to not promote your weekly videos, but your re zero content both on YouTube and twitch seriously bring me so much joy. I enjoy interacting with the community, please don&apos;t let YouTube discourage you from making wonderful content for your fans! <br><br>Other than re zero, I&apos;m not a huge fan of most of the stuff you cover so I come back every few years for the re zero analysis. Chainsaw man, however, is one of my favorites. It was a very pleasant surprise to see you stremed your analysis, and now I get to watch this video! Thanks!

  A lot of people miss Makima&apos;s little reference to the City Mouse after all the devil hunters are shot down in Season 1. The two trainers tell her they don&apos;t want to move to Tokyo to join the Special Division. She responds with a smile and, “The food in Tokyo is to die for.” &lt;shudder&gt; In that scene you can tell Makima sees humans AND devils as mice.

  While keeping with the anime i&apos;d like to point out a few of the anime exclusive scene that (imho) truly transformed this whole arc for a better viewing and contaxtualization of the characters: the pool scene and the spider/moth duality. The pool scene is a moment where both denji and reze are living a moment, &quot;the city&quot; pure bliss entranched in the danger lurking beneath. A clear rappresentation given in the spider/moth scene as the spider (reze) catches the moth weaving it&apos;s silk around it, but if you linger just enough and not get lost in the moment we get a last shot with the insects in the same position as before in the rain for the moth is poisenous and killed the spider. Foreshadowing aside i&apos;d like to focus on the rain that doesn&apos;t care who died for what reason but simply poring down on their corpses. And what ultimately i think fujimoto is implying with his use of the fable. It does not matter whether you are a city mouse or a country mouse, you are still just a mouse that will at some point face danger to survive. By the end of the movie the city mouse was willing to be a country mouse (denji asking reze to run away together) and the opposite (reze showing up to the cafe) but they are still just mouses that will get trampled by bigger predators (makima). The choise of country vs city is only that, a choice, what matter is how you approch it and what you get out of it. Only 10 mins in but you&apos;ve got great writing and got me all fired up.

  This was really, really excellent analysis. Very astute (and correct) to view Denji and Reze’s and Angel and Aki’s relationships as parallels of each other and treat them as such. Would love to see more of your thoughts and interpretations on the series and its characters as the story goes forward. Thank you.

  Great analysis man. As a manga reader I love watching newbies experience and dissect the story for the first time. With what&apos;s to come you&apos;re in for a treat, and you&apos;ll have plenty to chew on for however long Chainsaw Man keeps getting animated.
