  Sorry for the bad experience, as locals 🇰🇪 we experience that too when going to the bus stops 😐 you'll get grabbed and followed by guys there trying to convince you to buy something or board their bus or some kid high on some drug combinations asking you for money and won't leave you alone its always annoying, sometimes they'll throw a fit if you don't want to tell them where your going or tell them to leave you alone, no one really goes there just to tour unless you want to ruin your day,  but glad you made it okay and thanks for visiting guys I enjoy watching your vlogs lots of love  ❤

  Im from Nakuru and this is an accurate depiction of how people behave here. Some people are genuinely nice, matatu guys will not stop following you until you give them a destination, others simply could care less about anything. And there is always one person who will follow you asking for money. You learn to mind your business and your belongings.

  My ex headmaster's son was macheteed to death while out jogging about fifty years ago. He was robbed then murdered. It is not a safe place!
