  Being Kind is a good thing but not in an open venue on the open street because it can be detrimental to you....even if you pre arrange a price, it can change because the number of people getting your kindness can increase ten fold without notice and in some cases literally cause you to go broke and in some cases it can be a source of conflict with the locals if you don't keep continueing the kindness. Luke seemed not to mind....but you really have to be insanely careful in open situations on the streets.

  I actually watched this a while back and kept it in my heart, but I had to come back and say — the way you bought chocolates for those kids shows how pure your heart is. Not everyone would do that. And the way you stayed super chill handling the crowds and commotion, that takes real leadership and a genuine heart for people

  The kids were more polite than the adults. At least some of them said thank you. But in the chocolate situation everyone just grabs and do not even say thank you. Odd culture.

  Yeah, Kenya is amazing but like any country, it helps to have someone local guiding you. That’s literally what we do at Wageni Sorted — local support, real connections, no scams, and full safari or city help. Makes a huge difference. Safe travels to everyone 🇰🇪🦒

  You have to be direct and say I want this many ice cream for the children. Poor people in desperate situations will  think you have unlimited money and will take advantage of your generosity.
