  I feel like this is a perfect case study in how sensationalism effects public perception of an event or person, because when the trial was going on, the only thing anybody discussed, was the cops who took the pictures. The perpetrator of the actual crime (which, let’s be honest; was particularly brutal and cruel), had been reduced to a mere footnote of his own trial and investigation.

  I remember this case being in the news, but it was barely mentioned, and definitely not as newsworthy as Sarah’s case. They all deserved to be treated with equal respect, and the fact that women were arrested for demonstrating peacefully about Police mishandling the cases was truly shocking. R.I.P. to all those women and thoughts and commiserations to all their loved ones

  Thank God for the few honest ,decent  cops , the rotten ones always get the ruin it for all . Just like society really .

  This story is just so sad (as well as horrifying, of course) because the two women were so joyfully celebrating, and that seems to make it worse…<br>I ache for the loved ones of these poor sisters.

  I vividly remember the coverage of Sarah&apos;s disappearance and murder but I have never heard of Bibaa and Nicole&apos;s murders until now. &nbsp;Police indifference should come as no surprise to listeners.

  Standards to become a cop are so low that it&apos;s no surprise that a) they didn&apos;t care when people called them about the women being missing and b) they took the pictures of the bodies like it was some kind of show and tell 😮‍💨
