  1. Avoid seed oils<br>2. Avoid dairy products<br>3. Avoid gluten<br>4. Add to your skincare routine:<br>4.1 Acid peels, such as glycolic acid, AHA, etc.<br>4.2 Microneedling<br><br>4 important points:<br>1. Avoid harsh exfoliation; use gentle, daily peels: a facial razor, Korean facial gloves.<br>2. Use mineral sunscreen.<br>3. The stronger the peel, the more dangerous it will be. For mature skin, the author recommends salicylic acid (BHA). This should be done very carefully and only on mature skin.

  Controversial comment: she looks better now, and prettier, but not younger than the photo. Which is reassuring because it tells us that beauty doesnt always mean youth and viceversa

  I have fibrocystic breast disease that causes cysts in my breasts to fill up and makes me go up two full cup sizes for the duration of my luteal phase. &nbsp;Taking seed oils out of my diet and intermittent fasting completely cured this when doctors said there was nothing that could be done.

  I’ve been using platinum skincare and their peels for over 20 years. &nbsp;I honestly get comments all the time on my skin. &nbsp;I just turned 50 and I often get told I don’t even look 40. &nbsp;It’s funny how I just happen to use pretty much all the same products you use. &nbsp;Great minds think alike.

  I love this. I wanna say something. I think how you look at this age is how everyone should look. The problem is that people eat garbage, are lazy, drink, smoke AND have an awful personality. People always think im 13 years younger than my age. I don&apos;t believe in aging. And for anyone who wants to throw shade, no, it won&apos;t go downhill after menopause, because we already took care of the heavy lifting like nutrition and hormones.
