  I was in hospital some years ago, a guy came in with a heart attack. The ER got him stabilized and left to attend other patients. A janitor came in to dump the garbage and saw the cardiac patient in full arrest, and saved his life. It turned out that he was a cardiologist from Sri Lanka and took a job as a janitor while going through the international accreditation process
