  Seeing those seedling rows from the de-thaching/scarifing/raking really shows where the seeds fell in and "got better seed to soil contact".  I always thought you were over-hyping that phrase, but those lines of sprouts really shows it actually works. You need to clip that and show it in your next how-to vid.

  I am probably going to have to slit seed in the spring. I scalped, scarified, overseeded, laid peat moss and then 3 days later got hit with a lot of rain 3 days in a row. All of my seed and peat moss are now gone lol I wish my back yard was flat but it has an "underground" stream that runs right through the middle of it so when we get a lot of rain it turns into a stream.

  Using a full or half rate of a PGR at the time of seeding really helps with KBG overseeding. Gives the new plants a fighting chance.

  I'm in zone 9 B, and my KBG went against all odds and is the darkest on the block. It's a postage stamp  and gets watered 3 days a week.

  My grass germinated Purple. I dialed back the water from 4 times a day of 6 minutes to twice a day'. However  I didn't realize its mid to upper 40s at night here in the Beer Capitol!

  I'm going top do a light dethatch and one more overseed  of fireball/ Hattrick before October.   BUT-- next year I'm going to blend in sdome dark 30 I think... still thinking about it. I ned my grass DARKER, and I've been spoonfeeding nutrients all summer.   Thank you Jesse for making this stuff so fun! I love it.

  Cut at 2.5” here in Va, swept the yard (roughly 2 acre maintained yard) scarified the entire yard! (I’m soaking in epsolm salt as we speak ! That was a lot with a sunjoe and Daisy chaining extension chords.. lol not recommended!) <br>Then plug core aerated (at this point my yard looks like dog ass!)<br>I got 8 &nbsp;(25lb) bags from you total! 3 dark 30, 3 Kentucky bluegrass , and 2 the mixed perennial rye grass and kbg blend)<br>Yard is looking like a sesame seeded bun!!<br>Then I have roughly 12 bags of peat moss down.. (need more but lowes was out for now)<br>Just finished watering in the yard.. water hose sprayer and sprinkler tripods moved around.. <br>I know one thing. . This has been cool and all but trying to look like a nice suburb yard. This damn big costs a damn fortune. 😂 <br>I got some dark matter starter fert as well. But wasn’t sure if I’ll do that this Sunday or wait till first mow..
