  I still remember the first time I played a Pokémon game. It was the gold version using an emulator on a old Nokia phone, no sound, single digit fps, and it was magical. I became a huge fan ever since.

  Man, these Pokémon Gold/Silver early pictures and videos from Space World always remind me of the hype we all had about Gen 2! It was the first time we were getting a new Pokémon game after the franchise became a world hit! Here in Brazil we had an amazing Nintendo focused magazine called Nintendo World (basically our Nintendo Power) and I remember getting so excited about Gen 2 after seeing the pictures in that magazine!
