  Every time I come back and watch this episode and listen to &quot;filled with horrible things&quot; I just laugh and remember 3 crossed lines from Claire are better than any piece of mine . This series is my comfort watch when I&apos;m feeling uninspired, wanting to give up, or just a bit sad.- &nbsp;<br>Fills me with inspiration and makes me want to jump into a sketchbook or the drawing table. <br>Thanks for existing THU. :)

  I love the part about the stickers ♥ it makes her so relatable and sympathetic. Also hearing her talk about buying cheap sketchbooks because she doesn&apos;t want to ruin the expensive paper... Girl look at ur awesome sketches....

  She is definitely one of my favourite artists ever! &lt;3 Being able to draw as incredibly well as she does and still feeling doubt, pain and insecurity, with THOSE drawings.?!!.. This leads me to conclude that EVERYONE that makes some kind of art must feel that. So.. I guess I&apos;m not so &quot;damaged&quot; after all.. ..on the other hand, this also means I will always feel like this, no matter how much I manage to improve or for how long I do it for.. :P Just gotta accept that the pain is part of the process, I guess.. maybe the pain is the price one has to pay in order to do good art... :P

  I&apos;ve enjoyed her art for a while now, but now I&apos;m a fan of her. Her saying she gets the cheap sketchbooks because then you don&apos;t have the pressure to draw something perfect is...perfect! It&apos;s how I&apos;ve always looked at sketching and art in general.

  Woah I never knew someone actually struggle to draw from reference and prefer to do it from imagination instead. With those sketches there must be a hell of imagination running through her mind

  I know I’d love sitting in a cafe sketching with Claire. Not so sure she’d like it tho! I did storyboards on the Jungle Book. There were about 8 of us. Early on, we pressured the production to try to hire Claire. It was a no-brainer. I got the idea that she wasn’t terribly excited about doing it. Honestly, we (the story team) just wanted to see what she’d do. She turned in several gorgeous animal drawings in pencil. No particular scene or shot or moment, just exploratory sketching. Her run on the show wasn’t too long. May be two weeks, but her work was truly inspirational. She does animals so well, especially big cats. Phenomenal artist and quite the character.
