Sir Navi Mumbai is beautiful..koi traffic nai, broad roads etc..Hopfully yaha bhiwandi jaise godowns na ho aur mumbai jaisa traffic na ho nai toh ye iss jagah ko kharaab kar dega

Its better I invest my money in growing cities like Dehradun, Rohtak, Cuttack, Vizag, Kochi instead of Panvel.

It will take another 10-15 years for Navi Mumbai. Market rates are already at premium for future developments. I don't see more than 5% ROI per year for 10-20 years which is less than FD interest. Ofcourse, these builders will may such pitch because they are not able to sell their existing inventory at premium prices.

No one talk about sufficient water and electricity supply plans ? Also Pollution issue is there and in further it will be more and more, what is plan for control to all that?

I stay near new Airport that is in Ulwe and prices are already high. I don't see any ROI. Its better we invest in FD or MF instead of Real State
