  Silver View at Versova seaface by Vazifdar. My father was in Real Estate since 1979, and I remember he used to tell people if you want to make buildings do what Vazifdar seth used to do. That is the only boundary wall which did not collapse due to waves pressure. He used to stand there for months to make the boundary wall facing the sea even before he started working on the building. A true legacy and landmark.

  Mr. Wadhva is really a gen of a person. One key thing, I liked about him is, he made sure to remeber and mention all “good” people from yesteryears who did quality work in realestate field. We need to celebrate our HEROs more( no matter how small or unknown , no matter which field/domain) , to inspire future generations to deliver quality work than chase just money and cut corners.

  Wadhwa ji, somewhere along the way we became a selfish country - as long as my needs are met I don't care about anyone else, especially those below my economic status. A nation becomes great ONLY when the fruits of progress benefit everybody. The wellbeing of the employees of a household is deeply connected with the wellbeing of the household itself.   Awesome video Vishal, may be next time you can also touch upon why builders are not getting the conveyance deed done on time, I live in a Wadhwa constructed complex handed over in 1996 but even after multiple visits from committe members to their office in BKC still no luck with conveyance deed. We have no option now but to spend and go via deemed conveyance route.

  What a gentleman with inclusive mindset 👏. &nbsp;When he mentioned class, i thot usual rich man talk. &nbsp;But by 7 minutes of this podcast, &nbsp;i realised his version of class is greater compasssion, open mindset and liveable place for living . <br>As somene hails from kochi and lives in Dubai, i dont know why do i like mumbai real estate stories 😅
