  With all due respect, you would benefit from much thicker panels especially with the hfi equipment you are using from day to day. The panels you have look like they are .25-.5” thick at most and does nothing for bass frequencies and little to no absorption for any frequencies below 8-10khz. Bass frequencies require panels at least 5-6inches thick. Standard panels for upper and mid frequencies should be at least 2” thick for any significant changes. I would recommend you delve into this subject further (acousticians, sound engineers) in order to properly treat the room to effectively hear and control the sound of your system.   You need thicker panels. Even 2-inch thick panels will make a world of difference compared to what you have now. Your new room has the potential to be something truly special. Don’t let thin panels hold you back. You can’t fight the laws of physics.

  I love the Accuphase sound. The issue is their distributor Axiss marks up it up 180%.... Luxman is only 90% markup in USA from a diff distributor. They cost the same in Japan. Not cool of Axiss.
