you can atleast do gravestone methods for earth orbs, depending on if you have a quick way to bank and die from respawn. it's really chill and you'll end up with a nice alch stack :)

If you’ve got 94 Crafting and similar supplies, you’ve basically got 99 banked. Cut all your uncut gems first — 1,651 sapphires, 2,053 emeralds, 12,524 rubies, 1,009 diamonds and 663 dragonstones. Then use 5k gold bars to turn the higher-level gems into jewellery for the extra XP.

After that, make your 15k battlestaves into air battlestaves, turn the 3k black dragonhide into black d’hide bodies, spin the 3,394 flax into bowstrings, and use the 7,660 molten glass to blow empty light orbs.

Altogether that’s roughly 4.88m Crafting XP, so from the very start of 94 you’d only be about 214k XP short of 99. If you’ve already got some XP into level 94, you might have 99 completely banked. 👍
