  After watching it, I do feel there is a bit of information overload and extra information that ended up diluting the actual case presentation itself. Maybe that's why I felt like the morning report didn't go as well as I would have hoped. Curious to hear your thoughts and feedback and thank you!

  Hey Dr. Liu, I personally loved this morning report and did not feel like it was too much in terms of learning points. I am starting IM intern year soon and would love more morning reports like this.

  Wonderful morning report! Speaking from the perspective as a an MS3 on cores, asking the questions to the audience (you framed it as asking the medical students what they thought of the her meds / initial labs) was very very helpful in developing the same questions I should be asking myself when presented with all of the information. While I can see the argument that there may be information overload, all of the information and tidbits you provided are important to approach diagnostic workup and (I believe) should be continued in future episodes!

  I wouldn’t change the amount of detail. As a seasoned hospitalist, I can say that a large part of the workup is throwing a big net around all of the data that is available, then sorting out what is germane to the case, what isn’t, and how much is simply a red herring, distracting your focus. <br>Your presentations are well-refined and you make teaching points out of many of the lab results irrespective of their relevance to the case. This is helpful, even for us who’ve been in the game for many years. &nbsp;Continue please!

  This is a complicated case, which physicians will encounter more with the aging and diverging population. Thanks for getting us prepared with this morning report 👍

  This was amazing! &nbsp;I think u just got unlucky with the crowd because the content here is second to none. &nbsp;There may be a lot of topics here, but unfortunately that’s the reality when it comes to the complexity of medicine. &nbsp;This strikes the perfect balance. &nbsp;You could go into further detail on some of these learning points at another time (e.g. a detailed lecture on how to work up acid base disorders and the nuances of AG is a beast, especially if u get into the weeds with hypoalbuminemia correction and winter’s formula!). &nbsp;This lecture sprinkles in just enough with high yield takeaways without getting bogged down in too many details :)

  Thank you Dr. Conan ! The presentation is incredibly rich! It&apos;s very helpful for understanding and remembering in clinical settings with relevant and concise medical knowledge. I especially like the idea of focusing not just on the chief complaint of cough but also on the more dangerous symptom of headache. If I were to review this medical record on my own, I might struggle with differential diagnosis of respiratory, GI, and CNS systems.
