Skinwalkers always say "I'm hungry ..." before they attack, so make sure to give them the wrong treatment, tase them, or shut the door to avoid losing sanity or having it hurt your patients.

OMG tysm for all the likes! I've never gotten so many before! :)

Fun fact: I find patients that are on fire to have higher chances of being anomalies, within my game experience.

Fun fact: Hollow faced animals are not always anomalies they can either be A: A possessed patient that can be cured via normal steps you would take with a regular patient but remain in the room with eyedrops ready for the ritual or B: A person who’s gone mad but this is only if they come in and the music stops these guys tend to bang thier head on the window and you can ask them to leave (Though I would suggest using coffee to ask them to leave by holding coffee as you ask them you won’t lose sanity yes this uses your coffee but you can still drink it twice before giving it away) same goes for twitching people or tweakers they are not always anomalies some of them just be tweaking like that. Still use the camera and photos only if nothing seems wrong on cams or photos are they most likely safe and just need a ritual to be done.
