  Ok Preston I’ll tell you everything, in the lobby there are these two characters you can talk to who tells you everything, the doctor is an anomoly and so are you that is why Barney trusts you because the entire hospital is spreading the anomaly disease and infecting innocents, then in room 5 I think you can break this poster that has a secret thing behind it, you need a key, to get the key, you need to find the black rat character in the game, also, Ron the manager guy with a suitcase had a rat like him, that rat supposedly went into doctors room and found a secret document that has the proof of the hospital being an anomolys disease spreader, the rat in game says “I can hear things, see things, probably meaning to the incident with Ron. In one part in the game the rat comes and hangs with you in the office for a bit, then… he tells you everything. He had a sister named ratting and she got kidnapped by the hospital, but before the rat goes, he leaves a key… for the secret thing behind that painting. Then you find out the truth about animal hospital… <br><br><br>I hope you find this useful. IM A GIANT FAN WWWWW PRESTON!   I’d say the scariest is when your in the lobby, the hospital owner looks at you from the top right window and is an anomaly

  Creepy fact: if you only let in anomalies if all of them are in beds and ur not walking you hear foot steps that aren’t theirs or yours😈

  Also Preston make sure you check the photos because sometimes the anomaly’s ears are taller, or they have horns and instead of a unicorn horn

  Instead of cleaning the slime you can get the fire extinguisher and spray that on the slime. It’s way way way faster than cleaning it! Hope you find this helpful. 😊

  Tip: if an anomaly is hollow eyes, it isn’t annoying it’s just possessed, so you can treat it as a normal patient and it will just start a ritual!😊

  I have gotten the three eye anomaly, and they usually were always the cat looking creatures, but also the hollow eye anomalies always start rituals in their room

  There’s literally a coffee machine in the suitcase. If you don’t turn them into the police you get it. It’s an extra coffee machine.
