I have one and so far so good, but I have heard of others with this kind of problem being sent replacement parts like a new p/c board, so you can fix it yourself.

Dear Francisco, are there any news on this yet? I'm currently hesitating between the new Okki Nokki One DV (Dutch version) and the HumminGuru. The latter is an ultrasound device and also much more expensive to buy. All the best for you. With high musical greetings from Bavaria

It's cheaper and better to just buy a stainless steal ultrasonic cleaner, some legos and a lego motor set and put it all together.

It’s a great machine, just that people over use it and it overheats and shuts down, some records will not spin but fiddle about with the roller bits and you’ll get there, just clean a few records at a time, people buy one and clean hundreds of records in one sitting which knackers it, also if the machine was rubbish you would have loads for sale on eBay, I do a manual cleaning then do a few 5 minute cleans , flipping the record every time, then I do a last 5 minute clean with the drying, it’s 100% better than the vacuum project, I tested that on Nebraska album and it is a terrible machine, people who think you should use both are really into cleaning and enjoy the set up in their man caves , or non binary caves, or whatever you have to say now regarding people who have caves

Buenas, a ver qué te dicen.

Hey Francisco, mine is doing the same. Just sent an email to Humminguru Customer Support during their off hour, are they responsive?
