to make apple jack-64oz apple juice drink 1/2 cup [vitimins ya know] add 1 cup sugar and 1 ts brewers yeast put the lid on loosely let ferment for a week. should get 5-8% abv . then put the bottle in the freezer the water freezes out and you have APPLE JACK! [THE FREEZING WAS CALLED ''JACKING'' BACK WHEN!
