  This house looks incredibly similar to the one featured in Terrace House Tokyo. Must be the same designer or developer, very interesting

  Interesting mix in this house. The price is a bit like it was more in a more &quot;prestigious&quot; area.. like in Shibuya or Azabu. It doesn&apos;t stand out in anyway for a luxury house, and its like a japanese person and an westerner person tried to build a home they would both enjoy. The soundproof studio room was amazing and unique ofc, the pool and other features nice. But for 14m usd.. idk.. Keep these cool videos coming!

  I&apos;m not sure if someone already mentioned this but a part of the new Netflix show &quot;Glass Heart&quot; was filmed in this house (it belongs to the bad guy in the show). I had just watched this review maybe a week before starting that show. Once I saw the glass cabinets with the coffee machine and the pool in the show, I realized I&apos;ve seen this house before xD
