What's so crazy for me is how the quality and style of the internor barely changes between a $100,000 apartment and a $2,000,000 apartment. All that changes is the location by about 30 minutes (by train).

I was wondering how good the location must be for that first apartment to be worth that much, so I looked it up. Kagurazaka is only about 1.1km from Tokyo Dome, and 2km from the Imperial palace. Its incredibly close to the heart of Tokyo.<br><br>Also, its eastern part of Shinjuku.

The second property was so unique and just designed so beautifully. All the wood panelling and the extraordinarily well thought out bathroom design OH and the kitchen!! Oh my God the whole place was just a dream. If I had a 2 million I wouldnjave emailed you already 😭

First one by far the best location, close to the Koishikawa garden, Tokyo Dome and Imperial palace, also is spacious but the 3rd one has one of the most incredible views we have seen on this channel
