There’s also counting the fact that the arms are able to withstand the nuclear radiation and heat brought upon by the fusion reactor. And can easily withstand immense kinetic force without denting or breaking. So to have mechanical limbs be that durable and versatile, all while under a manageable load for an average man, really is Stark levels of astounding.

Finally someone going over Spider-Man 2 dr octopus. I've been DYING to find someone who'll talk about him, and I've come up with nothing but blanks. Thank you. May God bless your spirit.

it's so funny how a lot of the plot of the first insomniac spider-man game is about the creation of ock arms, while in this movie is almost brushed of compared to the energy machine

I'd assume that, including the central corset, the equipment would way maybe 50 at max, roughly ten pounds a limb.

And that is frightening.

if we tried connect robotic limbs directly to our spine our brain would probably explode from the sensation the amount of brain power needed to move those robotic limbs would definitely kill the person using them

You’d that someone as smart as Doc Ock would no better than to start up a fusion reactor, that relies on powerful magnetic fields, in a steel building.

I wonder if Harry was trying to compete with Tony's arc reactor by funding Otto's project?

There is another question. How do they manage to stretch to double or triple their length?
