The Jake part is weird for sure, but it's important to remember that it was Anna he was into the whole time. That's why Lindsey said at one point "he definitely likes you for your mind." Meaning that age and looks didn't matter to him. He liked Anna for Anna. A sweet sentiment, though slightly off-putting on screen. 😂<br><br>Such a fun reaction! Loved how much you all laughed and truly enjoyed this one. I also can't wait for the sequel.

It's amazing how much this movie still holds up after 22 years. That's a testament to Jamie and Lindsay's acting, honestly.

I never saw it as jake falling for the mom,<br> he clearly liked annas personality which was in the mom <br>But once she was anna again he liked her <br>so it feels like he always constantly liked anna to me.

Teenagers seem so dramatic but it's also easy as an adult to forget the intensity with which young people feel things. Even hormones aside, your first heartbreak is the First, so of course it feels huge and like the end of the world. <br>Thanks for the reaction! I watched tis so much as a teen but I forgot how funny this movie is
