No Muhammad Ali reaction is complete without looking at his interviews and trash talking. Nobody in the history of sports was a better trash talker than Ali

1960's pre-ban Ali had the foot & hand speed of a welterweight. Amazing to watch.

Documentary called "When we were kings". Wonder an academy award, it's a must watch for any Ali fan.

They talk about lighting up a room but Ali really had an aura about him. He could hold court with presidents, world leaders, kings, or the homeless on the street corners. Forever the people's champ. RIP

 Rocky Marciano - 49 wins - 0 loses - 43 in KO. as a heavyweight, when he himself is 5 ft 10.... 5 ft 7 in reach.
After 4 years as a boxer, he meets Joe Louis... boxing for just 4 years, and wins. Louis is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential boxers of all time.
He started boxing when he was 24, when other boxers used to quit boxing due to age.
And after 8 years as a boxer he quits.
Undefeated.
A unique boxer.

The post fight interview after the Rumble in the Jungle against Foreman is incredible and emotional. Ali spoke straight from his heart and everybody was listening.

People forget how much of a physical talent Ali was especially when he was young and in his prime. He was 6'3 at 200 plus pounds with amazing hand speed and had cat like reflexes. He really was The Greatest.

It was lovely to see him again. I'm no fan of boxing, but he was beautiful, he was funny, he was informed and he spoke for others who had no voice, (he was often called a loudmouth). He was not just a sportsman, he was an inspiration.
