Everyone with access to YouTube gets the education this U Tuber offers by his willing to share his skills and taking time to make this video! In my days (1970s) either you had to learn it at a shop or get a book on it. Reading would likely not be enough. Great job here.

One way to save a lot of time is to hammer the seams just a bit low after welding.. and then grind it and pack it with waterproof filler which does the sealing and filling all at once.<br><br>The trick is to have the metal just a tad low.. like 1/16 - 1/8. It's a lot easier to get a smooth finish with the filler and at these thicknesses it dries fast and will last forever.<br><br>Great job!!

You should try brazing it with silicon bronze makes for a permanent fix and prevents future seam breakage!

Nice work! There’s always that guy that criticizes everything, if you don’t try you don’t learn . And welding is not something you learn from one day to another. Same with bondo and sending it . Awesome job bro
