  Thought I would share about an accidental companion I &quot;teamed&quot; with in Fallout 3. I was doing the Mothership DLC when a ghoul spawned, that got really messed up by RNG. This poor guy, whom I affectionately named Charlie, spawned without arms. I first met Charlie when he introduced himself by running up and growling in my face, then retreating. Without arms, it seems all Charlie could do was growl, a trait I soon came to consider enduring. He followed me throughout the rest of the DlC, becoming a welcome companion. I was devastated when upon finishing the DLC, Charlie did not follow me back to the Wasteland. Here&apos;s to you, Charlie, may you live long and prosper.

  For me, this one was easy: the cuddlefish from Subnautica. That game could get really heavy at times, and it was the only companion and interaction with anything intelligent you’d have all game. <br><br>When I finally said my goodbye to that fish before leaving the planet, I cried some ugly tears.
