  The ending is apocalyptic. There's nothing to make a third movie about. The entity won. If it infected thousands of people at once, it'd start a huge reaction that'd double, triple, quadruple in a matter of months.

  Smile 2 is currently the most effective horror movie I've personally watched. I came out of it genuinely exhausted.

  A sad thing about smile 2 is that Skye had no one to go to for true help. Rose in the first movie had multiple people who were there who cared about her and wanted to help her (her boss, her therapist, and Joel). But Skye has nobody, her past fucked up everything and every possible connection she could’ve made. Her mom will never believe her cuz she’s too focused on her career than her daughter’s health. Gemma her only friend she royally fucked that up beyond repair. And morris she can’t trust him cuz it’s some guy talking about killing her, it sounds super sketchy even tho he knows about the entity. Skye was truly fucked from the beginning and it’s why the entity enjoyed being in her head, it had a smorgasbord of shit to fuck with in there that nobody could’ve stopped. Skye was doomed no matter what

  I just rewatched Smile 2 and it is my favorite horror movie now. This movie touched on so many things that I think allot of people don&apos;t give it credit for: Trauma, drug abuse/ addiction, toxic relationships, childhood fame, stage moms, the loneliness of fame, how we sometimes lead to our own demise and that some people aren&apos;t able to make it out.<br>In the wake of Hayden Panettieres death I can&apos;t help but think of her and all the souls we lost. I love this film I wish it got the flowers it deserved. ❤

  If there is a third film, it could be absolutely INSANE with the crowd/televised crowd being exposed to the demon. They could go anywhere if they decide to make a trilogy.

  I said this before the reupload but I love the smile creature’s design, the many smiles plastered around is such a chilling design knowing that it’s always smiling. And how the camera work with Skye and her boyfriend is really good

  Hot take: I think Smile 2 is a more rewatchable, and more fun movie, but I still think Smile, the original, is my favorite in this duology, maybe more franchise. I just love the slower, more dreadful directing style, and I remember watching this with my parents for the first time, and having a great enjoyment of the film. (My mom was very religious, so this was my first exposure to supernatural horror.) I think Smile 2, while great, does retread the same bullet points from the original, and while I find myself coming back to Smile 2 more, I think Smile is still my personal favorite. Loved your video btw. Your thoughts and takes on this film are great!❤❤❤❤

  I held off on watching these movies because I thought they were just gonna be some B horror movie cash grabs- but then I saw you made a video on the sequel so I knew they would both be worth watching. It would be an understatement to say I was blown away, especially by the sequel. Some of the best horror I have seen in recent memory.

  Something that i&apos;m curious about IF there is going to be a Smile 3...the scene at the end. It can also be interpreted that since sky was possessed and she did what she did. That could mean the whole crowd is now cursed. The entity might actually try to take over the world. Would be weird tho, i mean...if it does make everyone in the world off themselfes that would leav the creature without &quot;fuel&quot; we know from the first movie that the creature thrives on trauma. BUT there could also be a posibility that the creature tries to multiply itself...if everyone is haunted by sky, then a different version of &quot;sky&quot; would crawl into everyone. Anyway, would be cool to see a third movie where we get absolute chaos with people who &quot;bite the dust&quot;/the ones who run away from it. Tho i can only imagine the scale of the cost to pull of so many crazy different versions of those. Anyway, just a theory.<br>PS: Love your reviews and the channel! ✌🏻
