  “The future is never as scary when it becomes the present” For my fellow anxious people, this is my mantra. Of course, there’re situations that are hard to deal with, but with my three decades of living I can assure you, anything that you’re imagining as a future, that is this scary and awfully gargantuan monster, will not be this big when it becomes your present

  진짜 이렇게 구체적이고 열심히 인생상담해주는 연예인 처음봄. 사실 질문도 되게 진부하고 뻔히 답도 다 나와있는 질문인데 걍 본인 확인 받고 싶어서 묻는거잖아. 역시 타블로 좋은사람.

  As an elder person (I&apos;m 55), I can say that the best advice is to trust your gut, nothing is permanent and don&apos;t sweat the small stuff. &nbsp;When a person or situation feels wrong to you in your bones, it&apos;s okay to dip. &nbsp;Whatever choice you make today, there will always be a time to make another choice. &nbsp;And most of the things that irritate or frustrate you, don&apos;t have to become big things. &nbsp;Mountains are not molehills. I wish I could go back and let my younger self know that I will be okay, that I am enough and that &quot;trafic mistake&quot; I just made will be a learning point and most everyone in my life will have forgotten it in a few years. &nbsp;Remeber that you are your own biggest critic.

  the &quot;job your love&quot; caught me so off guard LMAO, I was stuck in traffic and listening to the podcast and I started laughing, 2 people looked at me thinking that I&apos;d probably &nbsp;gone crazy waiting in for the red light to turn green
