  The fact that a grown woman has to cosplay as an old grandma really says a lot of how toxic it is in the Kpop industry. That needs to be addressed.

  This interview was not just “another interview.” Without exaggeration, it has been the best and most human interview Rosé has ever given in her entire career.<br>In a single, long conversation, with no rush and no masks, Rosé showed herself to be vulnerable, real, and brave: she spoke about her past, her insecurities, her fears, the pressure, Blackpink, her solo journey; she cried, laughed, and danced… she showed herself as a complete human being, not a product.<br><br>And most importantly: she did it knowing the risks involved. Coming from an industry like K-pop, where idols grow up afraid to say “too much,” to love “too much,” to feel “too much” because of social media, constant scrutiny, hate, toxic fandoms, and a fame that doesn’t let you breathe.<br>Even so, Rosé chose to open up. That is enormous courage.<br><br>This interview is not only important for Rosé—it is important for the entire industry.   As a Korean of course Rose is a fucking superstar and she’s our girl but man I really gotta tip my hat off to Alex. She’s such a great interviewer, she always makes her guests feel so welcome, asks the right questions (the ones the fans want to know) and you can clearly tell she does her research on her guests before an interview. Alex Cooper bravo!!

  It&apos;s so interesting how you can see she&apos;s fighting that K-pop training in her head every time the host asks a question about relationships and boyfriends. It actually makes me so sad because you can tell an idol is never going to be completely free while answering those kinds of questions cause they are so scared of how the Korean public is going to react

  I love how Alex didn&apos;t interrupt Rosé midway in her sentences and she lets her finish her thought before moving on to the next question something which I dont see happening very often in interviews these days, all the questions are so wrapped around and connected to each other too.
