Spain didn`t recognise Kosovo´s independence in 2008 because of their own problems with Catalonia.

Yes, Rio de Janeiro was once capital of Portugal. It seems Portugal had a habit of doing that outside of mainland territory, another capital of the country was Angra do Heroismo, a city in the Azores islands

My parents also used Timbuktu as an expression to say something was a long way away. Such as, “It’s as far as from here to Timbuktu”. I never knew it was a real place until now though and I thought I was fairly decent at geography, until now 😮. Great video mate! First time watcher, will definitely come back.

Hey, i gotta say it’s brave of you to make this video! As an Indian, Kashmir has always been a taboo point of discussion. Your explanation of it is basically correct tho. The King of Kashmir turned to India for help, but it was too late by the time Pakistan had some form of control. In fact, the map in your book shows all of Kashmir as part of Pakistan, which isn’t the case. Of course, today, neither country is innocent. Pakistan has kicked out all Hindus from there side of Kashmir and India limits Islam on their side. It’s a sad situation 😔

Anyways, great video as always :)

We've got a French island of the coast of Canada named Saint- Pierre and Miquelon. I've never been but it's so neat and weird that you can travel to "France" and back to Canada in under a couple hours. It's located off the east coast near Newfoundland.

Today, the Black Plague would likely pose much less of a threat to societies. Its spread would be limited due to improved hygiene, and antibiotics would effectively help treat the infection.

You're very kind and you handled the topic of Kosovo (I'm guessing other countries as well but I can only comment on Serbia) extremely respectfully and nice.
Lovely to see , much love❤

Denmark has a Queen. She is the longest sitting regent in the World after Queen Elisabeth😊 and the faroe Islands are still a part of the kingdom of denmark like Greenland. Love your whisper. And style!! Many thanks from a new sup. In denmark. 😉😍
